What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching involves meeting in a group format with a coach/facilitator to learn new knowledge and skills in an effort to promote greater personal growth. The coach facilitates the discussion and may also provide feedback, guidance, and suggestions to help the group members work through their issues. Through a safe and structured environment, learning new skills and connecting with your peers can be one of the most powerful steps you can take towards wellness

What are the benefits of Group Coaching?

The benefits of group coaching are many. One of the most significant is that it allows you to learn new skills that you can apply to your everyday life. You’ll also be able to learn from others with similar experiences in a safe space. It helps to know that you aren't alone in your struggles, which can be a great comfort when things seem overwhelming or hopeless.

 FAQs

  • Group Coaching costs $35 per session and is not covered by insurance. Each group will vary in length but is generally 6-8weeks long.

  • We are a fully virtual office, so you’ll be able to join weekly video sessions from comfort of your home or another private space.

  • We have certified coaches and mental health providers with years of experience.

  • These groups are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Instead, the primary objective of these coaching groups is to facilitate education, skill building, and personal growth in a supportive group setting for clients who are generally functioning well in their lives. By participating in a coaching group, individuals understand that they are not receiving therapy.

    We advise all individuals who are considering enrolling in one of these coaching groups to continue seeking any ongoing therapy or treatment and to consult with their therapist or healthcare provider before doing so.

    It is important to note that these coaching groups are not equipped to handle emergency situations or to provide immediate support for individuals experiencing thoughts of suicide. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
