Kirsten Nataren Crus is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in New Hampshire. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emory University and her master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Kirsten specializes in working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, eating disorders, and trauma. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy.

Kirsten's clinical experience includes outpatient counseling, school-based mental health services, residential eating disorder treatment, crisis assessment, and couples therapy. She provides individual and couples counseling and has experience supporting adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kirsten is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
