Kelly is passionate about helping women discover their full potential and connecting with their authentic selves. She helps others work through life's challenges by offering emotional support as well as guidance regarding difficult situations.
Kelly received a certificate in The Path to Happiness: What Chinese Philosophy Teaches us about the Good Life, a course of study offered by HarvardX, as well as her Professional Life Coach Certification.
She strongly believes in altruism, a selfless concern for others, and has traveled to more than 15 countries to join forces with individuals through humanitarian work. Kelly strives to create a nonjudgmental environment for her peers so that they can focus on healing, self-awareness, self-development, and mindfulness.
In addition, she is a public speaker, co-author and Women’s health advocate.
She has had the honor of speaking at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, multiple social media events and podcasts, advocating for Women’s health and wellness.
She currently precepts for the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas as she has a strong passion for education and teaching students as well as her patients.
Dr. Kumar has a particular interest in preventative medicine and public health and plans to focus her future career endeavors in that arena. Her patients consistently praise her caring and compassionate nature and her coaching clients have been truly surprised by the insight they have gained in the sessions they have had.
She constantly strives for a balance of healthy eating, exercise and fun in her and promotes this same philosophy to her patients and clients as well. When not at work, Dr. Kumar enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
