Jasmine Jean is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, specializes in a range of mental health concerns including ADHD, coping skills, depression, domestic abuse, family conflict, infidelity, marital and premarital issues, medication management, spirituality, stress, trauma, PTSD, and women's issues. Jasmine earned her bachelor's degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and her master's degree from Ohio University. She has a strong background in mental health care, critical care, and crisis intervention.
Jasmine utilizes various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, interpersonal therapy, motivational interviewing, psychological testing and evaluation, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). She works with clients experiencing mood disorders, trauma, heartbreak, and the complexities of maternal and postpartum experiences. Jasmine provides a safe and supportive environment to help clients navigate emotional burdens, rediscover their inner strength and resilience, and reclaim their sense of self.
