Cierra is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Georgia and Florida with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Union University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Norfolk State University. She is also trained in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling through Postpartum Support International.
Cierra has a deep passion for supporting women as they navigate the complexities of motherhood—from the emotional highs of pregnancy to the often-overlooked challenges of postpartum adjustment. She understands that the transition to parenthood can bring unexpected stress, anxiety, depression, and identity shifts. In addition to her work with perinatal clients, Cierra has extensive experience supporting adolescent girls, particularly in managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. She also specializes in women’s mental health and is committed to helping clients work through issues such as relationship stress, identity, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
