Anne Ethier is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia with over two decades of experience in mental health, somatic practices, and overall wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree with a focus in Somatic Psychotherapy from Prescott College. Anne specializes in working with addiction, anxiety, co-dependency, depression, eating disorders, family conflict, life transitions, marital and premarital concerns, parenting, peer relationships, pregnancy, general relationship issues, spirituality, stress, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. She utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Attachment-Based, Christian Counseling, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Family Systems, Integrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Anne takes a compassionate, holistic approach to helping clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful tools for emotional well-being.
