  • If your insurance isn't accepted, here are the costs for our services:
    Therapy Appointments:
    Initial intake: $150
    Follow-up appointments: $125 each
    Basic Medication Management:
    Initial intake: $240
    Follow-up appointments: $150 each (this may or may not include genetic testing)

  • Your therapist will be chosen based on your individual needs. During the sign-up process, you'll provide information about yourself, including your feelings, thoughts, concerns, and any significant life events. We'll also consider your past history, treatments, and medications to ensure the best match for you. Our therapists specialize in women's health counseling, meaning we offer focused and personalized care for women navigating life’s various stages.

  • Care is provided through virtual appointments via computer, phone, or tablet, all with HIPAA-compliant security. We supply the access links for your sessions. You have the option to use video or just voice for your appointments. Women's counseling and mental health counseling are available in a secure, comfortable online setting.

  • Men's mental health is a priority for us as well. We provide treatment for men experiencing anxiety, depression, and various life transitions. While our specialization is in women's therapy, we are dedicated to supporting men through their mental health challenges.
