Autumn Ross

Autum Ross is a licensed clinical mental health clinician licensed in North Carolina and Florida. She received her undergrad degree from Lander University and her graduate degree from Webster University. She had 15+ years experience in the mental health field. She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, coping skills, depression, divorce, grief, life transition, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, trauma, career planning, women’s issues, and PTSD. She treats people 16+ and practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution focused brief (SFBT) and strength-based. Her therapy style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and doesn’t in stigmatizing labels. She tailors the dialog and treatment plan to meet the patients unique and specific needs.
